Program Name: OrthoIT Help Desk SMS Support

Program Description: OrthoIT provides IT support responses via SMS text message. When you text our help desk number, our support team will reply to assist with your IT question or issue. SMS is used exclusively for help desk support communication — we do not send marketing messages, promotions, or automated campaigns.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive SMS replies only in response to messages you send to our help desk. We do not initiate text conversations.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS replies from our help desk. You may resume SMS communication at any time by texting us again.
